By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

    1. Order Processing: All orders are processed upon receipt. As our works are limited, we might not have it in stock and will produce it on order. Production time may vary between 7-14 days. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

    2. Payment: Payment must be received in full before your order can be shipped.

    3. Shipping: Standard shipping only to EU countries. World wide shipping only on request at expense and responsibility of the buyer. Shipping times may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping. Shipping prices include high protective custom packaging.

  1. Limited editions: All our wallworks are limited editions. The total quantity of any wall piece is stated on the product page. The wall pieces will not exceed the limited edition maximum quantity. Every wall piece is signed and has a unique number. 
  2. Returns and Refunds: You have 14 days to return any item for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and we cannot accept returns on damaged items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Product Description: We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions and images are accurate, however, we cannot guarantee that they are error-free, since all our products are made by hand, the item you'll receive can slightly differ from what you see. 

  4. Warranty: We want you to enjoy your Novel Grey wall piece as long as possible. Therefore all our designs come with a life-time warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Unless of course you break or scratch it in any way. Novel Grey cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper hanging.

  5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the products you have ordered.

  6. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including images and product descriptions, is the property of Novel Grey and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed according to the Dutch Law.
